Virtual Content & Resources
Mud Run Club All-In includes access to Mud Run Club @ Home virtual content with 5 supplemental guides, On Demand instructional videos, and tips & tricks that integrate with each week’s in-person training.
In-Person Orientations take place during Intro Week between Saturday, January 15th and Saturday, January 22nd. You’ll meet your trainer, go over the program, and sign up if you haven’t already. You’ll also pick up your Welcome Kit and schedule your 1:1 In-Person Assessment for that week.
At your assessment, you and your trainer will go over your health and fitness history, physical condition, available equipment, and goals to customize your individual training program.
You’ll start your 8-Week Written Program customized for you and designed for home or gym equipment according to your preference the week of January 23rd. Your Training Guide & Workbook will help you track the program and your progress.
You’ll also receive access to Mud Run Club @ Home instructional videos, virtual content, and resources to review at your convenience. Each week’s content is released the Saturday prior and integrates with that week’s in-person training.
Join your fellow Club members at weekly small group sessions, trail adventures, and obstacle technique workshops. We’ll do a variety of conditioning, from cardio to strength-training. Modifications and progressions will be offered for all ability levels. At least 6 Bonus Field Trips will be offered to tackle obstacles, run trails, hike as a group, and more.
Throughout, you’ll have messaging access to your trainer and be able to schedule Weekly Video 1:1 Check-Ins to keep you on the right track.
You’ll receive a Mud Run Ticket Discount Code for the Austin, Texas Muddy Princess event on March 20th, 2022 and the opportunity to run as a team with your fellow MRC members at the end of the training.
Additionally, you’ll have earned a lifetime VIP Club membership which includes discounts, access to member-only events and programs, and future Mud Run Club @ Home updates.

During the final week of program, you’ll receive your Event Countdown Guide outlining what to do to prepare for an event: from how to taper your training the week before to what to wear, bring, and eat on the day of; plus what to do next
Week 8 Ends / Event Prep
You can end here if you like – 8 weeks stronger, faster, and more flexible. Or…
