Holly Krystal

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Corrective Exercise Specialist among other designations – but really what I am is a Health & Movement Coach.

I help clients who want to change their mindset about exercise and weight loss achieve functional and performance goals. That might be keeping up with your grandchildren (on a hike!), doing your first backflip at 40, getting through your work day without back pain, or beating your personal best at an obstacle course race.

I use evidence-based strategies and toolsets to help you create lifestyle changes that aren’t short-term or overly restrictive that will work for you and your real life.

Forget goal weights and “beach bodies”. Let’s go do awesome things.

Private Sessions

Available virtually, in-person, or as a hybrid model. Check out my travel calendar to see when I’ll be in your area for an in-person session then get started by booking a New Client Session.

Coaching Cycles

In-depth, on-going support in between private sessions offered in 30 or 90 day cycles. Includes programming, customized video content, and access to additional group programs.

Mud Run Club

8-Week group training for your first or fiftieth mud run – or even if you just want to play on obstacles for fun. Next round meets in San Antonio, Texas.

Registration open Dec 1st.
